If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know by 10 AM on the business day prior to the appointment. For Monday appointments notification must be given by 10 AM on the previous Friday. This will enable us to offer the appointment time to other patients who need to be seen. There is now a $95 fee (the exam fee) for missed, canceled, or rescheduled appointments without the required prior notice.(Required)
